Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ON SITE

Customer Service Representative role includes quoting new policies, processing endorsements, handling billing questions, and supporting clients with insurance-related needs. Must have active P&L License

Customer Service Representative Key Duties:

Service customer accounts

Quote and review policies

Assist with billing and policy changes

Work with underwriters

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty License

Customer service experience (insurance preferred)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Professional and dependable
