Job Title: Jr. Digital Producer (Innovation Producer)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid-Onsite 4 days/week, Fridays WFH)
Duration: 13-week contract
Pay Rate: $30-35/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
About the Role
Robert Half is partnering with a globally recognized entertainment and experiences company to recruit a Jr. Digital Producer (Innovation Producer) for a temporary assignment within their in-house creative agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations—someone who can turn big ideas into reality through meticulous planning, strong execution, and a collaborative spirit.
As a Junior Producer, you'll support a team of creative strategists and experience designers, helping drive forward unique projects, immersive workshops, and cross-functional campaigns. This is a chance to work on meaningful initiatives that blend storytelling, innovation, and guest engagement at a world-renowned brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Event Coordination: Own day-to-day logistics for creative sessions, including timeline tracking, sourcing materials, managing budgets, and setting up in-person and virtual experiences.
- Workshop Execution: Support the planning and facilitation of ideation workshops, internal activations, and innovation programs—both onsite and virtually.
- Trend Research & Insights: Monitor and share emerging trends in design, technology, business, and culture to help fuel creative inspiration.
- Platform Support: Administer collaboration tools (such as MURAL) to enable team brainstorming and stakeholder engagement.
- Creative Logistics: Track feedback, approvals, and production deliverables while maintaining clear and organized documentation.
- Presentation Development: Help create and present campaign decks in Keynote, including creative strategy, objectives, and executional plans.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in project coordination, production, creative operations, or event management—preferably within a fast-paced creative or entertainment environment.
- A proactive thinker with exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A curiosity-driven mindset with a strong interest in creative problem-solving , innovation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Comfortable interfacing with both creative and business teams and acting as a connector between strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Production , or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with agency or in-house creative environments (experience with innovation teams or events is a plus).
- Working knowledge of brand, marketing, and digital production processes.
- Experience analyzing financial data or managing basic budgets.
- Passion for culture, creativity, and new ways of thinking.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Keynote , and collaboration tools such as Miro, Teams, Airtable, and Adobe Creative Cloud .
- Experience with MURAL , Smartsheet , or similar platforms is a plus.
- Bonus if you have familiarity with tools like Illustrator or Photoshop .
