Job Description
Our client is located in Nassau County and seeking a Customer Service Manager! This role sits on-site Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to meet performance targets and deliver best-in-class service.
- Manage escalations, cancellations, and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in billing, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 7+ years of Customer Service Experience
- 3+ years of management experience is required.
- Positive and professional demeanor
The annual base salary range is $75k to $95k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
