Senior Desktop Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire job with an onsite opportunity

in Brecksville, Painesville, Wickliffe, and Avon locations. .

Pay Range: $30/hr to $33/hr on W2 . The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have knowledge in and familiarity with the following operating systems, software applications, browsers, and technologies:Microsoft Windows 10
• Office 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and OneNote
• Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari
• Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Reader, or other PDF applications
• ServiceNow
• VMware Horizon View
• Palo Alto Global Protect (VPN)
• iOS/Android devices
• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
