Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join their Berks County, PA team. This is a 5 day, in-office position.
The Bilingua l Human Resources Manager will support a 200 person plant, and the position will report to the President of the company.
Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all day to day HR functions including benefits, compensation, recruitment, and retention.
- Providing employee relations support, including overseeing conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures implementation, improvement plans development, and harassment claims investigation
- Handling employee communications and meetings coordination
- Interacting with employees at all levels and responding to employee concerns
- Performing evaluation of plant training needs and developing and delivering training
- Managing full cycle talent acquisitions activities (screening, interviewing, sourcing, onboarding)
- Leading administration of HRIS, including payroll issues, attendance, etc.
Skills/Competencies:
The ideal Bilingual Human Resources Manager will possess these skills:
- Fully bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- BS Degree in Human Resources, or a combination of equivalent education and related experience
- 8-10 years of human resources generalist experience, including some within a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of previous management experience in benefits, compensation, recruitment, and retention
- Strong relationship management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Through knowledge of federal, state and local employment regulations/laws
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Additional Details:
Salary: To $120k
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Environment: In-Office, 5 days
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
