Health Safety Environment Coordinator

Position Summary:

The HSE Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe workplace. This role is responsible for training, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement in alignment with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain HSE programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; lead or assist in incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training and communicate incident reports and bulletins.
• Maintain HSE documentation and update ISO certifications and procedures.
• Track and analyze HSE data and trends; support corrective actions.
• Assist with workers' compensation and serve as a resource to safety committees.
• Promote a culture of safety and 5S workplace organization.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
• Strong communication, organizational, and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
