The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Three to six years’ of litigation experience.
• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
• Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
• Licensed to Practice Law in California.
