We’re looking for ambitious, hard working people that want to get into Technical Recruiting to join our team and work exclusively on Paraform - a highly selective recruiting platform where Notch is a trusted recruiting agency partner. As a recruiter with us, you’ll get exclusive access to roles that are only available through our agency partnership - plus the support of a team that’s already thriving on Paraform . We’ll guide you every step of the way, from getting set up to reviewing and providing feedback on candidates. And, you’ll earn a 50/50 split on recruitment fees for every successful placement.

What we're looking for

• Startup experience in some capacity (most of our clients are fast moving startups)
• Excited and driven to break into recruiting and have some relevant experience
• Located anywhere works for us
• Great network of potential candidates you can tap into
