Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator located in Kingston, GA. The Administrative Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. They will also assist with customer service, support financial tasks, and ensure smooth operations by managing organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
- Experience in Finance-related tasks
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is an advantage
- QuickBooks is required
