Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Wills and Trust Attorney located in Charlotte, NC. The Wills and Trust Attorney will be responsible for representing clients with Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. The position is for someone to come in and start and grow this new practice area within the firm. The firm has natural referral source from other areas of law within the firm as well as over 15 years of business with an outstanding 4.9 rating on Google.

Qualifications

• Experience in Law with Wills and Trusts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in North Carolina
• Experience in estate planning and probate law is a plus

Salary:

The salary varies with the applicants experience. We are flexible and willing to negotiate to get the right candidate into the office. The firm also has a 3% match on Simple IRA as well as 50% match on health insurance.
