Role summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our global healthcare team. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency and impact of our work by improving data quality, transforming data into actionable insights and automating processes that support strategic decision-making.
You will be embedded in a cross-functional environment, working closely with both business and technical teams. This includes contributing to healthcare-focused initiatives and participating in the development practices of our IT and software engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and validate data across multiple internal and external sources using Power BI and other tools.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports; design new visualisations to support evolving business needs.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with international stakeholders to resolve them.
- Support the automation of operational and reporting processes across various domains (potential projects could include e.g., project tracking, CRM, business metrics).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and documentation.
Education/experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Data Analyst are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.
- Proficient in SQL for querying and managing relational databases, particularly within SQL Server environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms, especially within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse).
- Practical experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and working with data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, well-documented outputs.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
“Nice to Have” experience
- Familiarity with data analytics methodologies, including:
- Descriptive and exploratory data analysis
- Anomaly detection and outlier analysis
- Predictive modeling and trend forecasting
- Data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment techniques
- Awareness of data governance principles, especially in regulated sectors such as healthcare.
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and experience improving data quality within such platforms.

This job may require global travel once a year.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 4 to 8 days per month in office.
