What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or multi-family housing
• 3+ years as the second-in-command of an engineering department
• A track record of mentoring teams and building positive, high-performance cultures
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall
• Financial acumen and a passion for efficient, system-driven operations
