Scrum Master

Title: Scrum Master

Contract- 6 month with renewals

Hybrid-2 days a week in office

MUST BE LOCAL TO AZ TO APPLY AND FINAL INTERVIEW IN PERSON

*Must have prior experience & the ability to manage scrum for multiple teams (1-3 teams)*

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
• Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Support backlog refinement and effective prioritization.
• Cultivate a culture of self-organization and accountability.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity across the organization
• Remain flexible and adaptable to change.
