Superintendent – Multifamily / Wood Frame

We are hiring a skilled Superintendent with proven experience in multifamily and wood-frame construction. This role requires occasional travel to Toledo, OH and is ideal for someone based in Columbus or open to regional travel. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to lead field operations with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for multifamily wood-frame projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Review coordination drawings and collaborate with the design team to address any discrepancies.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document review, field coordination, and communication.
• Oversee material procurement, ensuring alignment with project timelines and design specifications.
• Track material lead times and manage deliveries to avoid schedule delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to deliver a successful project on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Strong background in multifamily and wood-frame construction.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and experience in reviewing coordination drawings.
• Excellent understanding of material logistics and lead time tracking.
• Ability to lead field teams and maintain site standards with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to Toledo, OH as needed for project oversight.
