MEP Construction Sr Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Estimator with a strong background in mechanical construction to support our preconstruction team on large commercial projects. This role focuses on estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes, preparing accurate takeoffs, budgets, and competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience analyzing plans and specs, identifying project risks, and collaborating with project managers, vendors, and clients. You will play a key role in bid strategy, value engineering, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Proven success on large commercial projects
• Proficient in estimating software and takeoff tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction practices
