Plumbing Estimator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing and mechanical systems in, commercial, light industrial and residential projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

-5+ years in the MEP or construction industry.

-Estimating software experience required.

-Experience in commercial estimating.
