Position: Construction Project Manager – Luxury Residential

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 + Benefits

Location: Palm Beach County, FL

This opportunity is for one of the premier, custom home builders in Southeast Florida, and arguably the best in class. This firm is bucking the economic trend and showing the strength of their relationships with a robust and growing pipeline of projects.

As the incoming PM, you will be exposed to the most sought after projects in the area, working with the best designers in this field. My client have a track record of delivering for the most discerning clients in Palm Beach County, FL. A split of traditional remodels and custom builds, you will be joining a talented team who have retained a 100% retention rate.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR...

• 5+ years experience of managing, full-cycle luxury residential projects (ideally in the area)
• Strong knowledge of local sub-contractors, vendors + designers
• A proven track-record of delivering both remodel + ground-up single family homes
• A track record of delivering complex, detail-driven projects on time and within budget.
• Polished client-facing communication skills and the ability to navigate the expectations of high-net-worth individuals.
• Field experience in addition to PM experience would be advantageous
