Project Executive, Mission Critical

The Project Executive will lead the Mission Critical division for a commercial general contractor across the United States. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing high-performance teams, and delivering complex data center and infrastructure projects with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and direction for mission critical projects nationwide, including data centers, call centers, and high-availability facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead project teams through planning, preconstruction, and execution phases with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define division goals, market strategy, and operational standards.
• Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff to build a strong, scalable team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction management with a focus on mission critical or high-tech facilities.
• Proven success in leading teams and managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling tools, and contract management.
• Ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
