Information Technology Project Manager

One of the largest ecological transformation companies is looking for a Delivery Manager to join their Hybrid team in Paramus, NJ!

Our client is seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex IT initiatives focused on application integration and migration as part of our enterprise-wide transformation and M&A strategy. This role is responsible for driving the delivery of cross-functional projects that consolidate and modernize platforms, ensure data integrity, and accelerate value realization from newly acquired entities.

Contract Duration: 6+ Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects or leading delivery teams.
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex initiatives independently.
• Strong background in application lifecycle management, infrastructure, or enterprise system delivery.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Projects in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application migration and integration projects tied to enterprise transformation and M&A efforts.
• Lead implementation of Salesforce modules
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Oversee the consolidation of systems and platforms, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and legacy applications
