JOB TITLE: Technical Delivery Manager

LOCATION: 2 days onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ or Fort Lauderdale, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION: Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for a full-time job opportunity with a large Banking Client. This person will work a hybrid schedule out of the client's Mt. Laurel, NJ, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a team of IT professionals (including both permanent and contract resources) in supporting assigned business clients / internal partners / stakeholder needs and requirements. This role is part of the Digital Delivery part of the Bank, and focuses on the support of the Online Banking Platform. Delivery Managers are also responsible for any work that gets allocated to their team, and help with the overall planning of deliverables around sprints. They will work closely with Development Managers, and act as the lead for Software releases.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years experience in Technical Delivery/Project Management
• Agile experience
• Digital Experience
• Banking/Financial Services background
• Experience with Delivery surrounding software releases
• Experience working on customer-facing application

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• PMP Certified
• Banking application experience
• Agile Release Train (ART) model experience

COMPENSATION:

$130,000 per year annual salary.
