Job Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Winston Salem, NC (ONSITE)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Working Hours: Night 4x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Total Weekly Hours: 48hrs ### RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers.
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: IV Start, Telemetry
Certs: BCLS
Must have EPIC experience PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Certs: ACLS, NIH JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:6/7 - 1:6 Target Ratio during normal staffing (max 1:7 ratio when census is up/ during critical staffing)
Unit will accept contracts for 13-26 weeks
*36 or 48 Hours Can Be Offered. If 48, no OT billed until after 48 hours.
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15

Float Requirement: FLOATING REQUIRED as needed.
Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend REQUIRED. PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Patients are med surg (We no longer accept cardiac telemetry patients as before). UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Self Scheduling to meet the needs of the unit UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
