What You'll do:
- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
- Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations
- Support design, development, and testing activities across multiple client projects
- Support large-scale implementation teams consisting of multiple development pods
- Guide clients on architecture design, platform scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other initiatives to drive technical success
- Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement
- Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
- Mentor, train, and enable resources
Who We Are Looking For:
Groundswell seeks experienced Appian Consultants to lead delivery teams and act as trusted advisors. Principal Appian Consultants will provide expert guidance on solution delivery, design, and integration of Appian solutions into client architectures. They will mentor teams on best practices, work on challenging programs, and improve internal processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Active Lead Certification
- Expertise in Appian delivery using Agile methodology
- Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently or in teams
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)
- Experience with Web services, Integrations, Middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Possess or be able to obtain an Active Clearance

- Authentication protocols (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)

The salary range is approximately $128,590 - $180,783, depending on experience and other factors.
