The company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join its Orlando-based team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on time and within scope. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of complex and exciting projects.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather schedule updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project milestones.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project scheduling, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
PMP or PMI-SP certification is advantageous.
Involvement in landmark projects that shape Florida's infrastructure and communities.
