Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned QE Program Manager with 15–20 years of experience to lead quality transformation initiatives in high-stakes, client-facing environments. This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to represent the account alongside top-tier consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Digital QE strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
• Lead and define end-to-end QE strategies, including test automation and quality governance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and consulting partners to drive strategic quality outcomes.
• Act as a trusted consultant, advising on QE frameworks, automation tools, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure quality is integrated across the SDLC, with a strong focus on automation-first approaches.
• Collaborate in multi-vendor environments, driving alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Oversee program governance, reporting, and execution excellence.

Required Skills:

• 15–20 years of experience in Quality Engineering, including deep hands-on automation expertise
• Strong background in stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
• Proven experience leading QE transformation initiatives in large enterprise settings.
• Proficient in automation tools and frameworks
• Comfortable leading discussions alongside global consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.
