Salary: $85,000–$100,000 + 10–15% Performance Bonus

A well-established and respected Construction Management firm is seeking a driven and dependable Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Commercial, Multifamily, Industrial, and Healthcare projects, we are expanding our operations to support multiple new ground-up builds along the Gulf Coast.

About the Role

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a vital on-site role supporting the day-to-day coordination and oversight of active construction projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and field teams to ensure schedules, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience with one of the region’s most trusted general contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution from site prep to final turnover
• Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control processes
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft tools to manage documentation and communication

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience with a General Contractor in Commercial or Multifamily construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A desire to grow and advance within a reputable construction firm
• Proven team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site construction environment

Schedule & Expectations

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• On-site reporting daily (projects located in Fort Myers, FL )
• No travel required outside of assigned site
• Construction site attire required; PPE provided
