We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will be responsible for providing legal guidance on property transactions, contracts, and various real estate issues. This position involves facilitating smooth transactions while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Advise clients on real estate transactions and legal matters.
Draft and review contracts related to the purchase, sale, and lease of real estate properties.
Assist in mediation and dispute resolution processes concerning real estate disputes.
Perform due diligence for real estate transactions, ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly examined.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide the best advice to clients.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
Proven experience in real estate law and transactions.
Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal contracts.
