Commercial Litigation Associate

Are you a Commercial Litigation Associate looking to maintain the sophistication of your practice while honing your hands-on litigation skills and improving work-life balance ? If so, this opportunity is for you! We're working with a well-regarded boutique on its search for a midlevel associate.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience in an AmLaw or AmLaw-caliber law firm
• Experience running discovery, researching and drafting substantive briefs and, ideally, taking depositions
• Strong case management skills
• JD and Illinois bar required
