Position Overview:

Sygnetics is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in placing healthcare providers into various specialties positions with recognized healthcare facilities across the United States.

We have an immediate need for a Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) Physician in Western MI to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population. This role offers a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing Western Michigan s rich natural landscapes and family-friendly attractions.

This position is an URGENT HIRE starting August 22nd, 2025. CALL TODAY!

Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible.

We are searching for physicians to complete the current contract, which expires October 12, 2025, but also committed to continue on for several years for the upcoming new contract.

Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks

Hours & Schedule:

• Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).

Items Required for Submission:

• Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted

• One active, unrestricted State License in any state
• Current DEA
• BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required
• 3 Current References
