Culturally diverse area with great schools and safe community. 100% outpatient primary care position J-1, H-1B Visa Assistance - Employment Sponsor Private practice Internal Medicine and Geriatric practice Group is open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training (will be an adult only practice with no pediatrics) Must be BE/BC Geriatrics interest a plus but not required Guaranteed base salary range of $250,000 - $275,000 range Group has 3 doctors and 4 APP's currently. Group was started in 1999. Looking to add 2 more physicians EMR is eClinicalWorks Will average 16-20 patients per day (will be mainly geriatric based with some adult too) Your own patient panel managed by you and assigned Mid-level providers Schedule is 4.5 days per week with half day off for admin work Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm with one Saturday morning a month seeing 8-10 patients. 2 production bonuses with one based on clinical quality measures and the other on revenue generated 20K retention bonus available during initial contract term. Salary is negotiable each year.
