Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum Pediatrics in a community-owned hospital
• Clinical volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Light 1:4 call rotation with average one inpatient admission per week
• Nursery rounding only (no NICU)
• Occasional ED consults to ABEM physicians
• $340K base salary + RVU production bonus
• 7 weeks PTO + 6% employer match 401(k)
• Subspecialty support including in-clinic Pediatric Psychiatrist
