- Payment range $240k - $310k annual with 1099 " depending on work load and the doctors interests.
- This is a 1099 opportunity

- Board Certified or Board EligibleInternal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- See patients in a Nursing Home setting
- Flexible Hours - round and go
- Weekend call 1:5
- No night call
- Employed by a PRIVATE group (not the nursing home)
- Physician would need to be able to obtain liability insurance (negotiable for partial or full reimbursement after 1 year of working)
- Physician will need to have active Medicare and Medicaid numbers
- Availability for benefits - customized
- Active New York license
- DEA or ability to obtain one
