Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• Base Salary: $250,000 - $290,000 per year (W2)
• Signing Bonus: Negotiable based on experience
• Incentives: Potential for a yearly incentive bonus
• Relocation: Offered
• CME: $1,500 annually
• Full Benefits Package: Includes 401k with match, Mega backdoor Roth option, deferred compensation plan, and PTO (291-331 hours depending on experience)

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facility: Leading pediatric hospital with 181 beds, 11 ORs at the main location, and 4 ORs at the South location
• Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, or
• Case Types: Pediatrics, including Orthopedics, GI, OB, ENT, Neurology, Healthy/Sick Pediatrics
• Work Environment: No call required, flexible scheduling
• Supervision: Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologists (26:22 ratio)
• Annual Case Load: 13,000 surgeries per year

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Licensure: Must be a licensed CRNA
• Experience: Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Skills: Must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Required Licenses: Ohio license for outpatient; Ohio license for inpatient
