Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Premier Physician Services is seeking a CRNA to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility located near Charleston, West Virginia.
Shift Details: able to work 5-8 s, 4 40,s 3 12 s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p.
No call shifts. willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2 full time due to one leaving and several pregnancies)
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
• types of surgery General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
• EMR: Cerner Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: WV • License Required: Yes • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
$200/hr+
