Geriatrics Physician Assistant

Conviva Senior Care Centers is growing in Palm Beach County! We are looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Practice Providers to join our Outpatient Geriatric Primary Care offices. We have full-time openings in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach, Florida.
