Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Specialty: Family Practice Physician Assistant
• Location: Sacramento, CA
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP, 3-6 months contract
• Setting: Clinic patients and infusion center
• Daily Responsibilities: Bone Marrow Biopsies, Coordinating emails with ancillary services and outside referrals, ordering oncology tests, refilling prescriptions; HP will see patients at infusion center as well as round with infusion team in mornings
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: Estimated 5-8 patients on average but rounding on a handful. Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.)
• EMR: EPIC
• Rate: Competitive and negotiable
