• Flexible shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s, and possibly 24s Monday through Friday, no weekends or call
• Option for full-time or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule
• Diverse case mix: general, ortho, spine, urology, plastics, GYN, trauma
• CRNAs manage epidurals independently during OB shifts
• Team approach for regional blocks and spinals with physician backup
• CRNAs perform 10 - 20% of elective orthopedic blocks
• Cases include all procedures except CABGs
• Limited pediatric cases (2 - 5%)
