Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician for family practice opportunity in Burley, ID on December 12, 16, 26, 30, January 6 - March 31. Hours on December 12, 16 are 7:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break. Hours on December 26, 30 are 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Hours for January 6 - March 31 are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, occupational health, pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, and fit for duty exams. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and DOT certification to be considered for this assignment.
