Work Schedule: Mon - Thursday 4p-8am and Friday - Mon 4pm-8am
7 on/7 off required or Week on two weeks off

Patient Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.
Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
-Names/numbers of 3 references
-U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder
-Must have worked within the last 6 months
Pay Information: $120k for Week on Two weeks off or Week on Week off $170k a year or 1099 $75 an hour
No Holiday Pay or overtime rates
