Locums Interventional Radiology Opportunity - Dayton, OhioStart Date: Targeting July 2025 AVAILABILITY

• Schedule:
• Monday-Friday: 8-hour day shifts
• Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend call

• July:
• July 19-20 (24-hr weekend call)
• July 27 (24-hr call)
• August:
• Aug 1 (clinic/night call)
• Aug 2-3 (24-hr weekend call)
• Aug 11-15 (clinic/night call)
• Aug 16-17 (24-hr weekend call)
• Aug 18-22 (clinic/night call)
• Aug 23-24 (24-hr weekend call)
• September 29 - October 3 (clinic/night call)
• October 4-5 (24-hr weekend call)
• December 29 - January 2 (clinic/night call)
• January 3-4, 2026 (24-hr weekend call) LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS
• Board Certified in Radiology - Required
• Ohio Medical License - Required
• Interventional Radiology Fellowship - Required
• Pediatric IR experience & case logs - Required

CLINICAL DETAILS

• EMR: Epic and Sentrax
• All interventional procedures expected, including angiography
• Must be comfortable with pediatric IR procedures
• RPI group will continue to cover angiography 25% of the year to allow locums provider weekend relief
• DPI may provide non-angio IR coverage during contract physician's vacation (pending confirmation)

NOTES

• Credentialing requires a minimum of 45 days
• Providers must be able to take 24-hour call and handle a full spectrum of IR procedures independently
