Highlights:

• Location: Northwest Minnesota
• Contract: Locum
• Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
• Annual Volume: 60 OR cases/week
• Case Mix: General, OB, Spinal and epidural
• Blocks performed: Interscalene, sciatic, adductor, TAP and axillary.
• Coverage:
  • Day shift: 7a-3p
  • Call Shift: 3p-7a
• EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

• Certification: NBCRNA
• License: Active Minnesota upon presentation
• Life Certifications: ACLS, PALS, (NRP highly encouraged)
• Must be able to provide procedure logs for 10 epidurals in the last 24 months and 50 patients in the last 12 months
