Requirements

• Current and unencumbered Speech Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC-SLP) required
• Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited institution
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year full-time, recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the acute, inpatient hospital setting. Additional experience in post-acute settings is a plus.
• Must be independent and competent with stroke and post-op assessment and intervention protocols.
• Responsible for documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, adherence to evidence based practices, and demonstration of strong critical thinking skills.
• CPI and MOCA certifications preferred
