Crime is low and the the cost of living index is near the national average.ROLE OVERVIEWJoin a non-profit hospital-owned multi-specialty group serving the surrounding community. Group includes- 5 Physicians and 4 APPs, in 3 locations. 2 Davinci XI robots. Teaching facility for Internal Medicine. Hospital and its physicians provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model.DUTIESJoin the OBGYN department which, provides high quality medical and surgical care to obstetrical and gynecological patients in an office-based setting as well as providing on-call coverage to hospital childbirth center. Provide medical care related to pregnancy and the female reproductive system. Examine patients + obtain medical histories. Screen for breast, cervix & ovarian cancers. Deliver babies, either vaginally or by cesarean section. Treats patients for urinary tract and pelvic disorders, hormonal disorders & sexually transmitted diseases. Order, perform & interpret diagnostic tests. Create treatment plans Ensure proper patient documentation is timely, accurate & complete. Work with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing/ coding. Call rotation of 1 in 5. Provide quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, physician assistants & other clinical Competitive salary + incentive compensation based on productivity & quality measures.
