Hospital and its physicians provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model.DUTIES Provide medical care related to infections & diseases of the ears, nose and throatExamine patients, obtains medical historiesOrder, perform & interpret diagnostic testsCreate treatment plansInitiate appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programsEnsure proper patient documentation is timely, accurate & completeWork with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing/codingParticipate in on-call coverage with ENT providers Provide quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants & other clinical staff PACKAGE Competitive salary + incentive compensation based on productivity & quality measures.
