Delaware North Gaming is hiring for part-time Slot Floor Attendants at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Floor Attendant, you will monitor the gaming floor and assist guests with any enquiries.

What will you do?

• Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules
• Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures
• Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries
• Perform minor repairs, makes adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts
• Partner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a West Virginia gaming license
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money
• Basic gaming machine knowledge preferred
• Must be willing to work evening/overnight shift and weekends

Physical requirements

• Ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs
