• Schedule: Estimated Start October 1, 2025; Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Job Setting: Outpatient primary care at VA Medical Center and CBOCs
• Types of Cases: Preventive care, chronic disease management, veteran-focused primary care
• Credentialing: VA credentialing required; estimated 30 60 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Licensure: Any active, unrestricted U.S. state license accepted
