July: 1 3, 7 11
August: 1, 4 8
September: 2 5, 8 12

Schedule:
Monday Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

Clinical Staff Onsite:

Required Procedures:
Must be experienced and comfortable with surgical extractions
Cases may include simple, surgical, and full-mouth extractions
