We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens opportunity in Eau Claire, WI . This assignment will only consider providers with an ACTIVE DEA (with all schedules) at the time of submission .

Aspen Dental Eau Claire, WI (Facility )
3809 Oakwood Mall Dr, Eau Claire, WI

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM 1:00 PM

Assignment Dates:

• June 30

• July 1 3, 7 11

• August 1, 4 8

Support Staff Onsite:

• 2 Hygienists

• 4 Dental Assistants

Daily Patient Volume:

• 5 new patients

• 8 existing patients

Required Procedures:

• Comfortable performing surgical extractions (including simple, surgical, and full-mouth)

• Proficient in analog denture steps

• Please clearly note any clinical limitations upon submission
