This stable private practice is growing and needs another associate. They are considering both general dentists with a passion for working with kids and residency-trained pediatric dentists.

PRACTICE:

• Bread and butter pediatric work
• Hospital OR cases available but not required
• GA is done in the office once a month
• 4-day work week - W2 job

FINANCIALS:

• Higher of $1500 daily or 36%
• Benefits
• A mix of PPO, private pay, and Medicaid
• Current providers producing $8-10K per day
