THE ROLE:
Step into a full-time Neurohospitalist position in one of Missouri s most respected comprehensive stroke centers. Here, you won t be just managing symptoms you ll be architecting breakthroughs. You will be leading high-stakes neurological cases, directing stroke care, and guiding a powerful APP support team. You ll perform LPs, direct consults, and own each decision like it s the most important of your career because to the patient and their family, it is.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS INCLUDE:

• Mastery in stroke care, TNK, and mechanical thrombectomy decision pathways
  

• Calm under pressure during high-volume in-house consults

• Skillful execution of lumbar punctures

SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE:
This is your zone. 12-hour blocks (7a 7p, 7p 7a) and optional 7a 1p rounding shifts give you intensity with clarity no call, no distractions. Just purpose, team, and patients. Expect 5 consults and 5 stroke activations per 12-hour cycle. Each one a chance to change someone s story.

WHAT WE SEEK:
A board certified Neurohospitalist (IMLC or Missouri license ready) with recent procedural experience, emotional fortitude, and a leader mindset. But more than anything, we seek someone whose soul aligns with this mission and is willing to work part-time for a full-time salary.
