Cardiology

Locum Interventional Cardiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Piney, AR.

• Call shifts are mostly 24 hours. Friday 7a-Monday 7a.
• STEMI call is required. Generally no outpatient caths required, only inpatient.
• Call Type: Beeper.
• Practice Settings: Inpatient.
• On an average month, approximately 30 heart cath cases are scheduled from inpatients, the rest are outpatient scheduled cases.
• Support services include EP and CV Surgery. There are 3 APP's that assist with general rounding during the week.
• Facility is Chest Pain Accredited.
• The practice currently has two long term skilled Interventional Cardiologists.
• On site nuclear stress test, echo and cardiac rehab.
• Fellowship: Required.
• ACLS, BLS.
• Licensed in AR only.
• EMR: MediTech.
• Credentialing: Expediated privileges available for providers with clean histories.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
